Bob's Famous Popcorn
Healthy Spicy Popcorn Cover bottom of pot with canola oil and heat at high temp. Add popcorn and cover. Once popcorn starts popping, move pot back and forth until popping stops or pot starts to overflow. Add handful of Red Star brewers yeast flakes, couple of pinches of cayene, and salt to taste. Of course, tastes best with cold beer.
Bob's Famous Guacamole
Throw all the following in a big mixing bowl: 10 hass avocados, 2 diced medium onions, 5 medium tomatoes, 4 hard boiled eggs. Press and add lots of garlic (8 cloves or so). Add lots of salt and cayenne pepper. Smush (I alternate between cutting avocados with sharp knife and stirring with fork) it all up until its guac consistency. Serve in smaller bowl with your favorite chips, beer, and friends.
